At LUVAE, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the information below.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase by emailing info@luvae.co.uk.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

Packaging must be suitable for resale and not used as the outer shipping box

Proof of purchase is required
Once your return is approved, you may be offered an exchange or refund, depending on availability and preference.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@luvae.co.uk, including photographic evidence.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including reasonable return postage costs.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
